Scott's musical journey began to gain momentum in the 1970's with the bands Stranger, and The Roosters. Often performing at The Keystone Berkeley, and other popular area venues.
By the 1980's, and into the 90's, performing with the Irish trio The Core, he had moved to larger stages like Crissy Field for a 4th of July show that drew some 20 thousand people. Scott joined Claddagh in the mid 90's, and continued to enjoy large audiences, and local television performances. It was during his time with Claddagh that Scott had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Van Morrison, and later, Shanna Morrison. But the highlight for Scott came in 2002, when the band toured Ireland.
